Improv For Wellness
(Virtual & In-Person Workshops Offered)
Description: Create a community of empowerment at your workplace by exploring Improv for Wellness. In a world where we aren't taught how to actively care for and love ourselves, we can feel trapped within the structures of life, especially at work. In this workshop, we'll take the time to focus on what it means to trust our impulses, discover how to tap into the creativity already within us, and uncover the ways we can bring our authentic selves to all aspects of our life; all while laughing, building bonds through self-worth, and creating a sense of ease within vulnerability.
With improvisation & self-care as a foundation, this arts wellness and performance technique will provide practical tools to embrace your unique identity amongst your peers & clients, develop playful ways to tap into your creativity, and instill a belief that we are always enough as we are.
